This building was designed for a small parcel of land just outside Seattle, Washington this mixed use building consists of 3 condominiums, 10 apartment units, 2,000 square feet of office space, and 700 square feet of retail space.

The design and scale model were presented to the neighbourhood in a design development review meeting to inform the public about the upcoming changes to the site. The model was used to explain the special attention given to the facade articulation and ways the design responds to and utilizes the three street fronts.
